Always striving to create photos you can feel.
When it comes to photography, I'm drawn into an all or nothing approach. On one end - portrait photography, eliminating all of life's noise aside from face and soul, with total setting control; on the other end - documentary photography, embracing all the chaos life and littles have to offer in a session's timeline, with little to no control of the setting.
Perhaps my photography preferences are a result of growing up in a large, lively family as an introvert . I am one of seven children, with almost 29 grandchildren on my side alone. This includes our two beautiful boys. So. Although my personality favors a small circle of control like a single portrait, I have learned through experience how letting go can result in the most beautiful chaos, and I need only observe and create from what is given.
